The goal of the Give Well, Live Well 2021 Campaign is to bring awareness, education, information and financial resources to help VNA Health better care for our community.

A $1.6 Million Goal To Help Our Community Live Well

For over 112 years, VNA Health has cared for Santa Barbara County with comprehensive in-home health and hospice services. Our Give Well, Live Well 2021 Campaign will help us continue our charitable services and programs that include the Loan Closet, Serenity House Charity Care, Telehealth, Palliative Care, Music Therapy, and Pet Therapy which are solely funded by community financial support. Together, these services and programs help our community live well. Together, we can all live well.

Palliative Care
Palliative Care, also called comfort care, is treatment that focuses on relieving pain and symptoms for patients who are facing a life-threatening illness or disease. Learn More

charity care at SERENITY HOUSE
Serenity House is an 18-bed residential hospice center that provides 24-hour skilled care and offers a place of comfort, dignity, and compassion for hospice patients whose needs cannot be met at home. Learn More

telehealth Care
Telehealth is the use of electronic information and telecommunications technologies for patients to remotely transmit their biometric information daily. A key goal of our Telehealth Program is the reduction of hospitalization for patients with heart failure and/or chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. Learn More

Loan Closet
The Loan Closet loans basic medical equipment, such as walkers, wheelchairs, crutches, canes and bathroom safety items, at no charge to members of our community to help them recover, rehabilitate, or live safely and independently. Learn More

Music Therapy Care
At VNA Health, our Music Therapy Program is offered free of charge to patients wherever “home” may be. Every year, our music therapists make over 1,300 visits. Learn More
